You climb Nutibara for the photo and you come down hungry. This page is the Crepes & Waffles menu for that side of Medellín, Calle 38 #74-39. The map points at Cerro Nutibara, 6.2354258, -75.5798484, and the Google Maps button searches the address with the restaurant name. A loose geocoder sends “Calle 38” to La Candelaria, which is not the hill.
What to order on the way down
The card is the brand card, not a viewpoint special. If you have been walking, order savory. Ham and cheese, $19,900 on the Oviedo reference list, is the one that does not fail when you are hot and you will not read. If the hunger is from the full climb, roast beef at $25,900. Turkey is a bit more on that list, $26,800, and it is the move if you do not want red meat. The egg, at $20,800, makes sense if you arrived late in the morning and breakfast turned into lunch.
Save the sweet one for after you sit, not for the door. Nutella with banana or strawberry is $16,300 on the Oviedo reference. Arequipe with cheese, $13,900, is for someone who already knows the house. Butter and sugar if you only want to test the batter. On the hill, in the wind, ice cream melts faster than you think. Order it when you are at the table, not to carry up to the mirador.
The full sheet lives on the Crepes & Waffles menu in Colombia. This branch does not publish a separate price. If the room charges something else, believe the room, not Rappi.
Getting there without crossing the valley
The hill sits southwest of downtown, near the river and the neighborhoods that drop toward Belén and Conquistadores. It is not deep Laureles and it is not El Poblado. On the metro, Industriales or Exposiciones plus a short car is the useful drop, because walking up from the center is a different plan from eating. By car, the hill parking fills on Sunday at noon. Arrive earlier or leave the car lower and walk the last minutes. The Calle 38 #74-39 listing is the address directories attach to this branch. Use it in the Maps button if the hill pin leaves you at the viewpoint and the room is at the base.
There is no published hour just for this door the way there is for El Poblado or El Tesoro. Call 604 349 6810 before you cross the city on a holiday Monday. Other Medellín rooms open from late morning into the night. Do not copy that onto this door as law.
Who to bring
Families who already did the hill, friends who do not want a date restaurant, and anyone who lives nearby and uses Crepes as a stop. It is not the best room for eight people in a hurry. The chain gets loud when it fills, and the hill fills on Sunday. Two people: one savory, one sweet. Four people: two savories and a waffle for the middle. Cut the crepe when it lands. The cheese will not wait for the viewpoint photos.
If you want early brunch, that is El Poblado, open at 8:00 on weekends. If you want a mall and obvious parking, El Tesoro. If you want more neighborhood, Palma Grande. La Nutibara is the one that pairs the hill with the crepe. Come hungry, confirm the door, and do not climb the pueblito paisa again planning to eat up there. The iron is down below.
