Frisby is the chicken you bring when the house filled up and nobody cooked. It is not a long date and it is not a tablecloth. The breading is the product. Arepas or fries decide the mood of the order, and BBQ is a separate conversation.

This page is the Frisby menu in Colombia. The -co is the country. Chicken prices come from the Arrayanes branch as listed on DiDi Food, Carrera 50A #36-90, local 115. The Desvare and Recargado combos come from Frisby's own site: $17,700 at the counter in Medellín and $19,900 for delivery, advertised through August 31, 2026. The see menu image is that transcription. It is not an official PDF. frisby.com.co lists product names on the homepage and the price detail lives in each sales channel.

How the chicken is built

The quarter is the door. Cuarto Frisby with fries, $23,000 at Arrayanes. A half with arepas, $32,800. A half with fries, $41,800. The rule shows up immediately: fries cost more than arepas. A whole chicken with arepas is $59,900 and with fries $74,400. The family box with arepas is $85,100. The family box with fries is $101,600. Feeding six, get the family box. Two hungry people, get the whole chicken. Alone after class, get the quarter. Do not order the half because “it will be fine.” It will be too much, and cold chicken the next day is another meal, not a failure.

BBQ sits on top of that logic and charges more. Half BBQ with arepas $35,300, half BBQ with fries $44,300, whole BBQ with arepas $66,300, whole BBQ with fries $82,800. I did not see a BBQ family box on the Arrayanes list. If the counter has one, believe that counter, not this page.

I order breaded chicken with arepa when I want it to taste like a Sunday in Antioquia, and fries when I want the salt against the slightly sweet crust. I order BBQ if someone at the table asks. Alone, the sauce wins and I stop tasting the chicken.

Combos, wings, and the match promo

Arrayanes also lists Frisby Clásico at $23,900, wings at $24,900, BBQ wings at $29,500, Picanugys at $27,000, and BBQ Picanugys at $28,500. Fristiernos, the tenders, are $24,000 and $25,500 with BBQ. The BBQ combo on that list is $27,200.

Match promos are another layer. Fanatiextra $40,500, a 20-tender Fanaticaja $93,500, Frispicada $94,900, and a match Frispicada that the same DiDi card showed at $105,900. XL sauce was $12,000. That is for the television, not for a quiet lunch.

The official homepage names, without a stuck-on price, Burger Extrema in Nashville, Thai Ranch, Sweet Carolina, and no-sauce versions, each also as a combo, plus the Fristodonte. I am not giving them a number the homepage did not publish. Look at the counter or the app. They also list a family cabbage salad, sweet corn pieces, a 1.5 liter soda, Cristal water at 600 ml, and a 200 ml Hit box.

The Medellín Desvare, in the site promo, is breast pieces or a piece of chicken, two arepas, a soup or beans, a personal rice, and a soda. Recargado is a fillet, cabbage salad, rice, three arepas, and a soda. At the counter, $17,700 in the group that includes Medellín. Delivery, $19,900. In Bogotá the same counter combo was published at $17,900. Frisby does not charge one national price. The Aburrá Valley sits with Cali and the coast on several of those tables, and the center of the country sits apart.

Phone, channel, and the soda difference

Medellín: 604 360 9000. Bogotá: 601 404 9030. Cali: 602 644 2424. From a mobile they publish 301 555 5555. In the promo fine print, the combo soda in the restaurant is 325 ml and delivery sends 400 ml. Read that before you argue with the cup. They also say the product photo is an enlarged product. The picture is prettier than the box. It always is.

The channels they name are the table, takeaway, skip-the-line, Telefrisby, the app, the bot, the drive-through, the website, Rappi, and DiDi. Prices on this page are counter prices or the Arrayanes DiDi list, not a blend. If you order on Rappi, expect the platform add-on.

The branches in this first round

Frisby menu in Unicentro, Medellín is Carrera 66B #34A-76, local 210. It is the west-side mall Frisby, in the flow of Laureles and the stadium, with mall parking. Use it when you want a table, not a box on the couch.

Frisby menu in Laureles, Medellín is Calle 37 #80-36, local 110. A walking neighborhood. If you live by the circular, this is the one on foot, not the Éxito and not Unicentro.

Frisby menu in Éxito Poblado, Medellín is inside the Éxito, Calle 10 #43E-135, local 3. It is the order for someone who was already at the supermarket. It is not the prettiest room in the chain. It is the most practical one in the south.

Frisby menu in Arrayanes, Medellín is the branch behind these prices: Carrera 50A #36-90, local 115, Arrayanes mall. If you are going to argue a number, argue this one or the counter in front of you. The map on that page uses the published address. The Google Maps button searches the shop, not a similar street in Aranjuez, which is where a geocoder gets lost on Carrera 50A.

How to order for the table

Two hungry people: a whole chicken with arepas, plus fries if someone demands them. Four people: a family box with arepas and a cabbage salad, or a half plus wings if a kid will not eat a bone-in piece. Six or more: family with fries plus a quarter, or the Frispicada if it really is a match.

Eat the piece with your hands. The Recargado fillet can be cut. Arepas go to the center of the table, not onto one plate, or a war starts. The 1.5 liter soda belongs to the family box. Do not add four personal bottles if one is already included, unless someone does not drink soda and you split off a water.

Frisby survives delivery better than a crepe. Open it when it arrives anyway. The crust softens in the box. Ten minutes in a closed bag in the car and you lose the crunch, which was the reason you ordered it.

What I will not invent

I will not tell you every Frisby in Colombia fits on this page. There are branches across Antioquia and half the country. These are four Medellín addresses I could confirm on delivery lists and at the mall. Exact hours change by shop and I am not quoting them from memory. The Medellín phone number is published.

If you walk into Unicentro on a match Sunday, order before you sit down to watch on your phone, because the counter gets mean. If you walk into Laureles at three on a weekday, there is usually chicken. If you walk into Éxito Poblado when the offices on Calle 10 let out, join the line immediately. If you only want the number, open the menu button, read the sheet, and confirm at Arrayanes or on 604 360 9000. The crust will not wait while you compare three apps.

Arepas or fries, the actual decision

People argue about the chicken and forget the side. The Frisby arepa is the paisa half of the combo. It picks up BBQ sauce and survives the box better than the fry, which goes sad. Fries are for eating there, while the chicken still makes a noise. If the order is delivery and you will take more than twenty minutes, get the arepa. If you are sitting in Unicentro and someone is photographing the combo, get fries and eat them before the photo session cools them down.

Cabbage is not filler. It is the fresh cut against the fat. Order the family salad if the chicken is a family box. One personal portion on a table of five is a garnish. Sweet corn is the snack, not the lunch. The Hit box is for the kid who will not negotiate a dark soda. Split it when you order, because at noon the counter will not rebuild the tray.

If you want seconds, get another piece, not another full combo with its own soda. Two sodas a person is how you ruin a table that was only about chicken. Frisby is better when the table is full of pieces and there is one big drink in the middle. The rest is noise.

One more practical note from the counter: ask which pieces are left before you commit to a family box if you care about white meat. A full chicken is a mix. The Desvare lets you pick breast pieces or a regular piece, which is why it shows up on office orders in Medellín even when the family box would be cheaper per gram. You are paying for the choice, the soup, and the fact that you can eat it with a fork between meetings. That is a different hunger from a Sunday box on a Laureles sidewalk.
