This Frisby lives inside the Éxito. Calle 10 #43E-135, local 3, El Poblado. The store marks 6.2116608, -75.5748447, in Astorga. You did not come to a restaurant with a facade. You came to buy groceries and the chicken got in the way, or the reverse: you came for chicken and left with detergent. Both are valid.
What fits on a supermarket tray
Reference prices are Arrayanes on DiDi. Confirm them at local 3, because a counter inside an Éxito sometimes moves the combo. Quarter with fries, $23,000, if you are alone and the grocery run already tired you. Half with arepas, $32,800, for two. Whole chicken $59,900 with arepas if the house is waiting and you do not want to build a family box. Family with fries, $101,600, only if you really are many. In an Éxito the temptation is the same personal combo three times. It costs more than a half and you eat worse.
Desvare and Recargado, $17,700 at the counter in the Medellín promo, make sense if you want soup or a fillet between the rice aisle and the checkout. Wings, tenders, and the family box are on the Frisby menu.
Reaching local 3
The Éxito on Calle 10 is car and app. The store garage is the trick: you do not loop Provenza. From Poblado metro station it is a drop by car, not the shortest walk with bags. When the Milla de Oro offices let out, the line at local 3 gets serious. Order as soon as you walk in, then do the groceries, not the other way around. The chicken will not wait in the bargain freezer.
If you are in Laureles, do not cross here out of habit. Laureles is Calle 37 #80-36. If you want a west-side mall, Unicentro. If you want the price-list branch, Arrayanes. City phone, 604 360 9000.
How not to ruin it
Order the arepa if the chicken will spend twenty minutes with the bags in the car. Order fries only if you will eat them in the car or at a table in the store before you drive. Breading inside a closed bag, next to raw chicken from the butcher, is a bad idea for several reasons. Separate the bags.
This is not the pretty room. It is the practical one in the south. Use it that way. A fast savory order, the soda that already comes with it, and leave before the Éxito convinces you of a third thing you were not going to buy. The chicken was the plan. The rest can wait for the next visit.
If you came with someone who has never eaten Frisby, do not build a sauce tour in the supermarket aisle. A half with arepas and the seasoning already on the crust is enough to understand the house. BBQ and the burger can wait for Laureles, where there is more calm to taste. Here the clock is the grocery clock: line, tray, bag, car. Respect it and local 3 works. Fight it and you eat cold in the garage, which is the worst table in El Poblado.
